Here are the top 6 winners of the Tomar Product Photo Contest

TOMAR would like to thank everyone who entered the first TOMAR Product Photo contest. We got quite a few great photographs. TOMAR will be using many of them in our marketing materials and on the TOMAR web site.

It was not easy to pick the winner, especially from the top six great shots below. Click here to see all the entries Below each winning photograph is a brief note from the judging committee, which was headed up by the TOMAR Art Director who had the final say.

Thanks again to all the entrants. Great job, everyone!

FIRST PLACE

Photo submitted by: Swedesburg Volunteer Fire Co. and was taken by Don Dolga of their Special Service 49 truck with 930 lightbar supplied by Safety 1st Products, Inc.
Judges' comment: The winning photograph has atmosphere and drama. We also admire Don for getting out in the rain to take this shot. The results were worth it. Great job!

SECOND PLACE

Photo submitted by: Vehículos de Emergencia GRUPO FERBEL.div. Carrocerias.
Judges' comment: It was hard choosing between this shot and our First Place entry. Another great shot!

THIRD PLACE

Photo submitted by: Knight Township Fire Department - Pictures District Chief's car / Fire Prevention vehicle. 7 /7 standard power Blade, 2 high power Rect 25's in the grille, and a Tomar WP under cover system. Light bar purchased from Sycamore Fire and Safety, Inc. (Indiana) Undercover and Rect-25's donated by members on the department. Picture by Chris Chambers Photography.
Judges' comment: The District Chief should be proud to drive this car. The only distraction is the mirror on the fire truck in the background.

FOURTH PLACE

Photo submitted by: Project Responder Public Safety Equipment Sales - www.projectresponder.com
Judges' comment: Of course we love this photograph and this truck. The more Tomar lights the better.

FIFTH PLACE

Photo submitted by: Seavival, LLC - Medicycle equiped with Tomar Emergency Lights
Judges' comment: The Art Director likes this shot for it's simplicity drawing your attention to the Tomar lighting.

SIXTH PLACE

Photo submitted by: South Pymatuning Volunteer Fire Department - Tomar equipped as follows:
950N1-8810 (88" lightbar), 8 RECT-37S strobes, 2 RECT-46SWB strobes, 2 800-RL 360% strobes, 2 786-1228 Neobe power supplies, and a 940N-SIREN-R interfaced to steering wheel horn and officer's seat for instant control.
Judges’ comment: We love this shot – the truck, the setting, the composition. As you can see from the previous 5 photographs, the judges preferred “Lights On”, and we think this shot would have been even more outstanding with the TOMAR lights on.
