HEADQUARTERS ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY:

The responsibilities of the Tomar Headquarters Account Manager are to build relationships with end-users of Tomar Solutions and partner businesses in the geographical region surrounding Tomars Gilbert, Arizona-based headquarters, and offer in-factory sales assistance. This position is a sales-focused role and will include a mixture of inside and outside sales calls and support.

Reports to: Vice President of Strategic Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES -Establish and maintain client relationships within Arizona, and qualify and prioritize new leads -Develop a strategy with management to support each individual client -Report, qualify, prioritize, and maintain accounts and leads to a CRM -Provide or coordinate support for clients -Report on progress, strategy effects, and client relationships to management and input into CRM -Answer and address client concerns -Assist marketing with trade-shows and additional marketing functions from time to time -Additional duties as required by management from time to time

Travel flexibility (most travel will be within Arizona, however, maximum of 1 week for events)

As a Tomar Headquarters Account Manager, you will be the face, eyes, and ears of Tomar Electronics to our local, homefield accounts. You will be responsible for canvassing for new business, and identifying and satisfying needs of new or existing clients with Tomar solutions. You will support the client for sales and technical issues that may arise from time to time over Tomars complete product lines, and consult with clients on present or future projects. In addition, you will be handling inbound sales calls when a salesman is needed at headquarters, from an office located there; or making outbound sales calls to follow-up with potential leads for the entire sales team. These calls may involve either sales questions, or a basic level of technical assistance. Other sales and marketing functions may be required from time to time, at the direction of management. You will report back to management on the status and progress of the accounts, and develop new ways to provide customer service with managements approval.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, team-oriented personality with an extreme passion to thrive and succeed. They will have good written and verbal communication skills, and should be versed in modern digital media and marketing techniques. A high level of self-motivation and the ability to make sound decisions and manage time independently and effectively is required. Candidate should ideally have a high level of mechanical and electrical familiarity, if not formal training, and should have experience with sales and managing accounts. This is an inside and outside sales role that often requires travel for onsite customer engagement and marketing functions such as tradeshows, resulting in a significant portion of time spent out of the office meeting with, training, and selling to new and existing clients.

POSITION SUMMARY The responsibilities of a Tomar Strategic Account Manager are to build mutually-beneficial relationships between Tomar Electronics and the OEMs, Manufacturers, and key accounts they offer solutions to. This position is different from traditional sales, by focusing on long-term relationships which will benefit the client as well as Tomar.

Establish and maintain client relationships with key, top-tier accounts as identified by management
Develop a strategy with management to support each individual client
Report and maintain accounts and leads to a CRM and continually qualify and prioritize clients
Provide or coordinate support for clients
Report on progress, strategy effects, and client relationships to management and input into CRM
Answer and address client concerns
Assist marketing with trade-shows and additional marketing functions from time to time
Additional duties as required by management from time to time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: Can you manage TOMARs e-commerce, and share the TOMAR story while being a key player in developing TOMARs image? The TOMAR Team is looking for an innovative content creator with excellent taste and a creative mind. The responsibilities of this position will require out of the box thinking both individually and in-collaboration with members of the TOMAR Team.

Responsibilities:

Website administration
Create new webpages and updates using WordPress, HTML, and other skills at your disposal
Ensure E-Commerce site is working properly
Carry out social media and advertising strategies
Upgrade site by updating content and graphics, monitoring performance, and identifying improvement options
Social media administration
Compose content for pre-scheduled posts
Seek or create media for posts
Respond to followers and engage with the community
Google Ads development
Administer our current running Google Ads
Further develop our use of the platform
Mass emails
Compose emails with help from technical service team
Seek or create media for emails
General graphic design
Create and update product labels
Create and update components of our trade show booth
CRM list management and software
Miscellaneous marketing and office duties as assigned
Available for travel when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, market research or a similar field
Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SEO, web hosting services, and WordPress
Intermediate computer skills required, experience with Microsoft, Adobe, and/or MacOS products
Must be a team player: We value teamwork, a positive attitude and the willingness to do what is needed for our customers and our business
Self-motivated with strengths in time management, organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to handle conflict and perform comfortably in a changing, fast paced environment

Position requires long periods of sitting, occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds short distances
Position also requires occasional bending, twisting, and reaching.

Experience:

E-commerce/web Development: 4+ years (Preferred)
Social Media Marketing: 2+ years (Preferred)
Graphic/Media Creation: 2+ years (Preferred)

Work Location: HQ is in Gilbert, Arizona Travel to assist with shows and events would be within the US
