- Catalog Request Forms:
Visitors to our web site can request a printed catalog that TOMAR Electronics, Inc. will ship them free of charge. The information collected during this process is to correctly address the mailing envelop in order for the requester to receive the catalog. During registration the user is required to supply a name, organization, phone, email, mailing address, and country.
- RMA (Returning Material Authorization) Forms
Visitors to our web site can fill out and submit and RMA request form. TOMAR Electronics, Inc. will review the form and determine whether a RMA number will be issued to the requester. During registration the user is required to supply a name, company name, phone, email, shipping address, product being returned, reason for return, and quantity returned.
Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
III. Usage tracking
TOMAR Electronics, Inc. tracks user traffic patterns throughout our web site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. TOMAR Electronics, Inc. does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).
Use of Information
